Ange Gardien Paris Unveils It's 1st Makeup Collection
Originally established in 2018 as a artisanal French perfume and beauty brand, Ange Gardien Paris now includes a range of cushion foundations, mascara, an eyeshadow palette, lipsticks and lip lacquers.
The new line offers 3 shades of 2-in-1 cushion foundation with press powder, 6 shades of matte finish lipsticks and lip lacquers, a mascara, and a 9-shade eyeshadow palette.
I tried and tested their makeup collection and here are my favourites:
I loved my lipsticks and I dislike touching up hence I have always been on the lookout to find good Matte lipsticks that last long without drying or damaging my lips and Ange Gardien Paris is definitely one of my current favourites. I am actually using it every time I step out!
With 6 different shades to choose from, there's no reason why anyone should deprive themselves from long-lasting lipsticks that is free from parabens, alcohol and BHT.
G's Tip: No matter how hydrating a long lasting lipstick or lip lacquer may be, always apply lip balm to protect your lips.
Natural Glow Cushion Foundation SPF50 PA+++ $80
This week I received 2 different types of cushion foundation so I was able to compare the difference and I liked how this cushion foundation that is also a lightweight foundation but is able to give me the full coverage I desired. If I'm going to even wear foundation, it's to cover my sun spots and pores.
There is also a complementary high-definition pressed powder absorbs excess oil and controls sebum while blurring pores for added coverage.
G's Tip: Although the cushion foundation was a little fair for me, I always dust my face with my bronzer to get my tan back.
Here's Proof Volumising Mascara $38
I had to use this mascara differently to achieve the lash effect I was going for. First I curled my eyelashes, and then I use this mascara that was like a magic wand to help lengthen my lashes and then I used my other mascara to help give me the jet black effect I love without the discomfort of wearing false eyelashes.
Vitamins Showtime Eye Palette $78
Enhanced with Sunflower Seed Oil that moisturises and brightens, Ange Gardien's eye palette comes with 9 different shades for you to create different looks for different occasions.
I like really easy to use eye palette as I hate it when any eyeshadow pigment falls underneath my eye as I just do not have the time to spend hours doing my makeup hence I tried this palette a few times before nailing it.
