6 Must-Try Diwali Weekend Specials At Gabbar Singapore

Updated: Nov 11, 2020

Gabbar has curated an all new menu this Diwali including an all-new Dal Burrata!

Modern Indian Bistro & Bar, Gabbar, has curated new dishes this Diwali which includes an Indian-Fusion “Dal Burrata” that is absolutely creamy and delicious.

Here are my top picks from Gabbar's Diwali Weekend Menu:

1. Dal Buratta ($24++)

I've never been a fan of Dal but I can have a Burrata any day hence it's not a natural combination I would think of but it works!

2. Mushroom Galouti ($22++)

Gabbar’s Mushroom Galouti ($22++) is a melt in your mouth Kebab of Kashmiri button mushroom, topped with tangy pineapple sauce with a crispy bottom.

3. Paneer Paan Patta ($22++)

Paan is something fairly new to me which is almost an acquired taste however Gabbar's Paneer Paan Patta ($22++) are tender pieces of cottage cheese infused with which is betel leaf that gives a unique sweetness.

4. Shikampuri Lamb Chops ($26++)

Non-vegetarian lovers can look forward to Gabbar’s Shikampuri Lamb Chops ($26++) which is inspired by the Royal Corridors of Hyderabad, marinated with hung curd and spices, succulent in every bite.

5. Amritsari Makai Palak ($24++)

I love Palak and this spinach gravy is just so rich and flavourful.

6. Paneer Pasanda ($24++)

For fans of less spicy food, this gravy is extremely delicious. It's so creamy and beautiful that I couldn't stop having more scoops of the gravy.

Gabbar’s Weekend Diwali Menu is available from 30th October 2020 to 15th November 2020.
